A beautiful neighbourhood in the middle of the Dutch capital built in Amsterdam School architecture. Unfortunately it’s not such special architecture that gave the neighbourhood fame. Who now says the ‘Diamantbuurt’ right away thinks about gangs and criminality, police and arrests. The bad image of the neighbourhood is sticked to its shining name...
